Updates on Life

October 1, 2012

consider this the “before” picture
  • We finally closed on our house! It’s been a lengthy process, but we are so excited and ready to get to work. We have about three months of renovations before us and I’m excited to share all the before and afters with you. (Look forward to at least one more post on “How to Buy  House“)
  • I’ve been slowly de-cluttering, getting ready for our move. I’ve stored a lot since high school and college and am finally making decisions on what stays and what goes. It is not always fun, but always rewarding.
  • We settled on a venue and a date for our wedding!
  • I’ve decided to pursue getting my MBA – I’m slightly terrified and a little unsure of the timing but am so excited to go back to school!

HELLO

Decor and home with a little bit of daydreaming and real life sprinked in. My husband and I are slowly updating our 1900 Dutch Colonial. I love hunting for vintage and flying the pacific northwest and the world with my aviator husband.
